  • A really wonderful place! I was super hesitant to rent here because of all the one star reviews but either those were untruthful or the San Marin has really done a 180 because this place is great. PROS: Spotless when I moved in, beautiful facilities, friendly staff, respond to service requests timely, spacious and well designed apartments, excellent location, reasonably priced, also I've seen them tow a car maybe once - just follow the rules and yo'll be fine. It's not at all as bad as the reviews make it seem. CONS: It takes minutes of running my kitchen sink before I get warm water and I hate wasting water because we're in the desert, the front office is only open to 6PM on weekdays which makes it difficult to send mail and pick up packages since I work until then It's a great place to live. Definitely would recommend.
