So glad I finally made it to this place! If you're like me and have loved in AZ for a long time and never been, do yourself a favor and get to Pane Bianco asap. My wife and I shared the market salad (changes daily) the chicken salad sandwich, and a slice of the Anaheim pizza with Anaheim Chilies, onions, and no tomato sauce. The pizza is incredible, of course, this is after all a spin-off of the iconic Pizzeria Bianco (consistently rated as the best restaurant in America). A high rise crust, crunch bottom, and delicious toppings meet in your mouth for an outstanding combination of flavors. The chicken salad sandwich was also great. No mayo makes this a much healthier alternative to the standard recipes for chicken salad. Don't expect traditional when you come here. The salad was our least favorite of the dishes but was still very good. The Bianco family teams with local produce farms and suppliers in AZ to create a truly local and native experience for the customers. If I didn't live in tucson two hours away, I'd come here for lunch. I'm very close to admitting it'd be worth the drive....
