  • I tried to book a family vacation for 10 going to Disney World and a Disney Cruise. As I began to make phone calls, I realized that I was going to need help. I went to AAA and spoke with Karen Nixon. She had great suggestions regarding when to do the resort versus the cruise which saved us money on the hotel. She was very professional and patient in dealing with the logistics of 5 adults, 5 kids, three families, in different states. I definately recommend Karen & AAA. It's worth the membership.
