  • This hotel needs a lot of help, from the aging facility (torn carpets, ripped and broken window drapes, spider webs in every corner), lackluster staff (poor customer service and food area service) terrible breakfast offerings, and on and on and on. If you have the option to stay elsewhere, do it. The Doubletree on Scottsdale Rd is far nicer and priced about the same. Don't be fooled by the low price, you get what you pay for.
