Manager Jeff Caldwell is the most unhelpful person I've met. For someone that is in the customer service industry he sure failed miserably at it. I was working with the sales person that was fairly new and wasn't too informed on the product I was interestedinterested in. He asked Jeff Caldwell to come talk to me only to be ridiculed for not being knowledgeable on the product and stormed off. The sales person I was working with was obvious embarrassed by his manager so he reached out to another sales associate for help.If he was helpful from the start, I would easily would have spent over $3000. Instead, I took my business elsewhere
