  • would have given 5 stars if not for the mixup in scheduling. our original appt was from 8 am to 11am. Called at 10:30 to see when they would arrive and the person who answered the phone said they had us down for the following day. Had taken the day off from work to be home, they did though get someone out that afternoon. Billy, our tech was great. cleaned out the overflow in the attic and changed out our old thermostats and did a multi point inspection. overall, quite pleased with the service.
