  • 4/14/17 *Not sure why a customer care rep leaves a remark asking you to contact them with your enterprise experience, we've received no response ... just a false marketing scheme * We reserved a large SUV online a month ago and were referred to the location of Independence and Margaret Wallace. Building is shared with Abra autobody. When we received the extended cab, black Expedition it smells like cigarette smoke , the seats are filthy with stains all over them and dog hair. The door panels where the drinks go are dirty and sticky , the trunk and floor boards look like they were vacuumed really quick but you lift up the floor mats and there is still dirt underneath . I feel so disgusted having to touch anything in this car , they had nothing else available and all they offered was if I could get there before they closed at 6 that they would reclean the vehicle but we didn't get the rental until 5:40 and had to be on the road ?? So now my 2 and 16 yr old have to sit on dirty seats with a car that smells like an ashtray . I can hear my mom and dad complaining about it once we pick them up for this trip to DC ...sigh ! We usually rent through priceline , should've just stuck to them .
