I had a problem with my air conditioning and thought it was just Freon. It turned out I needed a whole new system. Big O tried to fix the car as best they could. They tried multiple times for two weeks. It turns out they were unable to fix it, mostly because of it being a 20 year old car. I will tell you that James the manager and Tony who I am not sure what his title is were excellent. They had great customer service. They knew I was very inconvenienced and they did all that they could to help me. I was upset and obviously not happy as my car just couldn't manage to get cold. I feel they did the honorable thing and decided that they would not charge me for the parts labor or anything. I appreciate their effort and attitude of I will make it right by you. Not happy about having semi cold air but very happy they way they handled it in the end.
