  • I called in to get info on a warranty on the work I am getting from this company. The woman on the phone was incredibly difficult to work with. Couldn't give me any answers. I provided her with all info the roofer gave me. She still had a hard time helping me. I asked her again could you provide me with some type of write guarantee (of the work your company provides). Never have I seen such a simple task become so hard to accomplish.
