  • I'm really surprised by the many poor reviews of this place. We have been twice and while our experience wasn't "Outstanding" it was far from horrible. The first time we went was right after they opened. We did have a few sales people approach us but nothing aggressive and they didn't follow you around - something I find very uncomfortable at other furniture stores. We had recently bought a new home so we were looking for anything that caught our eye and found a picture we had previously seen at Z Gallerie for half the price. That day they had some serious computer issues and we did wait quite awhile to check out but the lady who was assisting us was apologetic and tried her best to get us out of there quickly. The next time we went with a rug in mind and again found a great deal on a rug that was similar in looks but twice the price at Pottery Barn. The sales woman was helpful and took the time to go through many rugs with us. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was price. The place is advertised as having incredibly low prices and we didn't find that to be true on most items. Their furniture is not deeply discounted and similar to regular furniture stores. I know they often have coupons and we used one when they had a rug sale and got a really good deal. It seems that many people had a problem with delivery - we took both items home so no experience with that. I do remember they had a really strange return policy but never had to return anything. We live in North Phoenix and I think it's worth taking a trip out there.
