  • I went there around 8pm. I stood in line with my friend and a stranger awkwardly for several minutes without anyone serving us. I tried calling for attention two to three times and waving. The workers were intently watching soccer with their backs to us in the kitchen. I know this chain and I've never had a problem like this in its Urbana counterparts, so I'm hoping it's just due to avid sports fandom. I only had fries. My friend's food looked dry and overcooked.
