  • If it wasn't for some of the workers poor and unfriendly customer service I would've gave this place a 5 star rating. In the city part where my kids had the most fun there was this older lady taking things away from the kids and putting it back where it belongs. I understand it's there job to keep the place neat and ORGANIZED, trust me I'm huge on that but when the kids were still playing w it and the items were taken away seemed plain rude. For example the kids where in "smiths" shopping for groceries and as they were "checking out" there groceries one of the workers just came and took all there groceries and put them back on the shelf. The kids were not even done playing w them. The ladies attitude didn't help she was not smiling at all she had a bad attitude and seemed stressed, she obviously does not like her job. She kind of ruined it for me there were other employees w similar attitudes but also lots w friendly faces and positive attitudes. If you don't like your job then don't be there all you do is put a damper on everything else and I know I'm not the only person that noticed. I might give this place another try but if we have the same experience we will not be back.
