  • Went for my first Brazilian today and chose Allure. I dont know that I will return there in the future. They said they were all booked up but decided to squeezed me in anyways. I mentioned it was my first time and the waxer gave me an unsure look and said " well I guess you'll be fine", which left me wondering just wtf she meant by that. My spidey sense was tingling already about not trusting her and her lack of professionalism. She was in such a huge rush and took no time to prep or sanitize... There was no pre- anything and not ANY after cream or sooth-the-pain-for-first-timers-cream.... There was no being polite and dignified about ANY of it. Just uncovered crotch right in the open and off she went on a mad waxing rush. Lips ahoy! I told her again, its my first time maybe take down the rushing a notch to which she rudely replied that she was "on the clock". She finished.. Gave me one quick spray of an unknown substance from an unmarked bottle and bolted out the door. No after care.... Nothing. I looked down to see TONS of hair. I had to have her back to fix some of it to which she rudely said "there's like four hairs there but whatever"! I felt like just walking in the door was an inconvenience to their time. When I got home and inspected, I found stubble everywhere!!!! She broke nearly all the hair instead of pulling it proper. I assume rushing meant a forgetting of technique. I'm very disappointed with this place. If you go through the hell that is a wax, you want it done right, not to leave hairy. There is a small chance I'd give them another try as long as I never have that same waxer again! I should have complained more but didn't want to discuss it in front of other customers. May make a call to the manager! Not a good experience at all.
