I came across some old reviews after I had already shipped a large package cross country via Greyhound Courier Express, and was feeling quite nervous about them potentially losing my package. However, all turned out well and I was able to pick up my things at the depot within a week of having it sent out.
The qualm I have with this company is that they have an exceptionally primitive tracking system. There were minimal details available on the website so you have no idea where exactly your package is, and when I called in to inquire about whether it had arrived, it seems that the agent has to physically search for it in the receiving area.
They are able to accommodate door to door pick-up/drop-off, but be aware that the courier company seems to be out-sourced so they can't answer any questions about the Greyhound service. Make sure you label the receipt and your items clearly with your shipping name and address.
