  • This review is for The Dump's furniture warranty service which we purchased for $259.99. It was marketed by The Dump as "call them as often as you need for 5 years...easy to reach ... Always responsive." We had isolated pet urine stains on our couch. So we called GBS Enterprises, the warranty company. The inspector came a week later, took a few pictures of stains that you can't even see with the naked eye because the fabric color is cream/yellow and the spots were only visible by black light (it was the urine odor that alerted us). Two months passed and we hadn't heard from them. When I called, they said the claim was denied because the inspector found multiple caked-on stains and dirt on the sofa. This was preposterous and insulting to my family which prides itself on it's meticulous cleanliness. Without any other recourse against this lying inspector, I filed a claim with the BBB (attached), and I'm now warning everybody on Yelp. I've attached a photo of the side of the couch with and without black light to prove that this lying company has no grounds for their denial. Buyers beware.
