  • Always find something we "need" at Copenhagen! I am most interested in complimenting the excellent customer service we receive from the Tempe location! Our first fine impressions began years ago with manager, Lars! Our lasting impressions continue with current manager Amy! Recently Amy made arrangements with the warehouse for staff to come to our home for several reasons: 1) after we moved some furniture to find one piece would not fit thru a doorway-- to disassemble, move and reassemble a desk hutch; 2) assemble three bookshelves of differing sizes. Danish furniture is unique and not to be toyed with on your own! Two gentlemen; namely, JR and Bryce came into our home and quite literally built and rebuilt these furniture pieces before us! They were professional, respectful and patient with all of our queries! We are grateful for the exceptional customer service Copenhagen offers!
