  • Located downtown Phoenix, great parking convenient to get to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself is modern and very comfertable. There are also several amenities, pool and spa with skyline veiw, gym, bar coffee bar, restaurant all night delivery service on call so on. Now let me say this review would of received one star if it wasn't for the excellent staff facilitation correcting an issue we encountered with our room. However they did so efficiently and they were quite attentive to our immediate needs. The issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes and I am now relaxing in my beautiful room. A special thanks to Derek the Front Desk manager who spoke with me respectfully and is truly professional at his job. Kristen whom also works at the front desk, who delicately handled the situation gracefully and last but certainly not least Richie the lovely Bell Man who works at the Concierge Desk who's kindness and attention to detail and impeccable guest satisfaction, changed my day. Thank you. You were all wonderful and we are grateful.
