  • I am a new patient to this office and see Dr. Tracy Wurm. She is very good, sweet, listens and takes her time to answer questions. I would highly recommend her. My problem, however, is with the office staff. No one introduces themselves to you so you are not really sure what their title is, are you an office assistant, RN one would never know if they didn't ask. You set up a follow-up appt for a specific time then when they send the reminder they say to come 30 minutes early. WHY??? Just so you can waste more of your time sitting in the office to be called into your appointment at least an hour late. So my next bitch. on my last appointment, The office was to call in a prescription, after a few rounds of phone tag and now 3 weeks later my prescription has still not been started and I am to have a 1 month follow up appt next week to see how the medicine is working. I wouldn't know..... I have been very patient and have not been rude to this point with the staff but have reached my limit. This office staff Shawna, in particular, has been so completely incompetent with her follow up. The last time I talked to her she said if the pharmacy has a problem for me to have them call her. I am sorry but this is your $#&*^$*! job
