  • I dealt with Jason at the Tempe office. When we initially came in their system was down, so he said he'd give us a call when it was up and running and he had information for us. He gave us a call in the middle of the week to let us know he had a list of options for us and we let him know 24 hours in advance prior to coming in to view the properties. When we got there he only had one option for us. We felt he had wasted our time which we let him know respectfully that he said he'd had multiple options for us to take the time to go back to the office and he only had one. He then proceeded to call me on my personal cell line just to tell me he "thank me" for the way we treated him as if we were in the wrong for being unhappy for the service. We went to Valley King afterwards and were extremely happy with the service we received. I only gave two stars instead of one because the one property he had was a nice one although we did not to choose to go with it.
