| - The main thing I want to convey is how much I was able to TRUST I Chris and Pink Plumbing & Sewer with the diagnostic and corrective work they did on my house. Chris explained what he was seeing and what he thought was best, communicated at each point along the way, and made sure I understood the scope of work that needed to be done.
I've worked with multiple construction companies and various trades and he was top tier in quality of work and efficiency. Hire these guys to do all of your plumbing work! So here's the story.
When water was backing out of my standpipe in my laundry room, I reached out to several plumbing companies on Yelp. Chris was one of the first to respond and he immediately let me now when he could stop by. When he arrived, I showed him the problem and he immediately got to work. He dropped a camera and let me know what he found and what it meant. This took him less than 30 minutes. Once he diagnosed the problem, Chris and Pink Plumbing & Sewer went into correction mode!
Chris told me how much it was going to cost, what he was looking for, and what might happen. He was completely honest about what he might find and wanted me to know ahead of time. I appreciated that. Additionally, he helped me secure a water mitigation company and got to work that same day to fix my problem. Little did we know what he would find.
Chris called me up and showed me what he found. My cast-iron pipe under my house had collapsed and was beyond quick fix. It wasn't just that piece but when he pushed the camera through, it went through the length of the house. He explained to me the options and walked through the process with me. I just can't say enough about how much work he and his crew put into taking care of my pipe and my house. They had to eventually cut through 37' of slab, replaced a horrifically collapsed pipe, and laid the dirt and slab like pros. Chris was onsite every time I stopped by and was able to show me where they were at in the process and what needed to be done next.
After two days, it was clear that they identified and resolved my problem with high quality. I was so impressed and pleased with their work, I immediately hired them on the spot again to install two new toilets and a water heater for me. Even in that process, I cannot tell you how above and beyond they went to make that happen.
