I don't know how this place got a solid four star?! HORRIBLE horrible facility and staff! So me and my girlfriend were dealing with the staff of this facility and we brought it to the owner's attention about how rude their staff are in the front. The owner's response? The front desk has a responsibility when you need to pay for a bill. FIRST OFF, the bill was paid off proven with the statement from our medical credit card that it was charged from this clinic and its billing department! SECOND OFF, we were talking about how the staff were rude & you're reasoning is they have responsibility? So it gives them the right to be rude to people like that?!
My advice ? Save your effort and the hassle of going through the same situation all the other 1 star reviewers has stated. There's another urgent care down the road which will most likely be much better than this place! They should change their name to WORST URGENT CARE! We'llbe letting everyone know how our experience went to save everyone from the agony of the rudest customer service this place has to offer!
