rev:text	DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LIES AND THE LOOK OF THIS PLACE! This place is filthy !!! If you walk in hallways and look at the walls they are disgusting! They just touch it up with paint because they can't clean it since it's flat paint which is stupidest thing to do in an apartment but it's cheap. Everything about this place is cheap besides your rent. First off I moved in last month and moved into a disgusting apartment! Nothing was checked before I moved in. When I complained to manager all their excuses were was we had a lot of move ins the same day you moved in. Really? So your saying it's ok to move someone into a dirty apartment. Then their next excuse was well maybe someone just moved out a couple days before you moved in ugh no sorry they told me it hadn't been lived in for weeks. They have an excuse for everything!!!!! They entered my apartment without ever telling me when I've made it very clear they don't ever enter my place without notifying me a day in advance which typically 24-48 hour notice before they enter your apartment, they then asked how I knew anyone went in my apartment. I've been told numerous times they are going to try and make things right and they haven't I never hear from anyone. It's also a non smoking complex but you find cigarettes everywhere!! It's sad that places that allow smoking you rarely ever see cigarettes laying around. Oh and dog poop is always everywhere and never gets cleaned up! I've seen it sit for weeks at a time before it gets cleaned up they say you get fined for not cleaning up after your dog I don't believe that one bit because there is dog poop everywhere all the time! Staff constantly changes and now I see why. Don't move here! They make it look glamorous it's not. My toilet is making noise, my ac filter need to be fixed, my front door needs to be repaired but I have gave up with them because they keep coming and attempting to fix things and don't fix it right the first second or third time. They waste your time maintenance don't know what they are doing. The office doesn't communicate at all you get different answers from each person in that office. I have contacted corporate office yesterday as I'm done dealing with the office. I will continue to keep writing reviews if I can save someone from having to experience living here. Don't let them fool you into living here ! Look at their reviews! It's disgusting and they don't care about you once you move in. They will ignore you or keep saying they'll get back to you to fix your issues lol which they never get back to you. :) good day ! Oh and if you want to hear absolutely everything your neighbors do then this is the place! The noise level is unbelievable and not acceptable I hear everything in the hallways if I'm in my bedroom with no tv on I can hear people talking in hallway and hear the elevator. I can hear people below me every time there front door slams my living room floor shakes. Don't bother complaining about noise levels because manager told me this is what you get living in an apartment lol. I've lived in apartments for 10 years people above me below me never have I ever heard my neighbors above me below me nowhere!!!! They will feed you every excuse which is unacceptable to me. My bedroom faces the parking lot and it sucks! I hear all the cars people talking outside. There's no visitor parking in complex you have to have your guest park outside the complex to come in. I live in building where call box is outside for guest to call in to get in building but then they can't get in the elevator inside the building! It's so stupid! You have to have a key fob to get into the elevator which means I have to go downstairs to let them into the elevator. No thinking on that when they built it. They should really think about fixing that. You have to pay for common electricity which they lie at first when you move in don't tell you . I shouldn't have to pay another 30$ extra a month on top of my electric bill for myself I already pay over 1300 for a 1 bedroom. Don't bother thinking living on 4th floor is better then the rest it's not you pay more for still the same low quality and loud disruptive disgusting place as on first floors. I see others complain about bugs I see them all the time in my place because the baseboards don't go all the way to the ground there's gaps and openings between patio door and front door where they can enter. People have had their cars broken into even though gates are closed all day. They sent out an email after basically saying don't leave stuff in your car because it gives someone a reason to break in. They broke into someone's car to steal their tires off their cars! I guess your supposed to take off your tires at night so you don't trigger people to steal them lol. This whole apartment complex is a joke! Never lived in such a horrible place ever like this. I'll be sure to keep posting updates and more pictures of what you get when you really live here :)
