When I first moved into the Lofts I was disappointed with the customer service in the leasing office. My apartment wasn't cleaned for move in day, which caused me to delay my move by a week. The ability of the staff in the leasing office to effectively communicate was sad and made living at this complex inconvenient from the start. The staff notifies residents of important and sensitive information regarding rent and lease agreements via folded letters shoved between your front door and door frame. Many times I felt I was missing out on crucial information regarding my lease because they used a method to send notifications that was very much like a high schooler slipping notes into a locker (which probably would be a safer way of getting me the information I need). The staff at the Lofts will do all that they can to pump their residents dry of their money. I have never felt welcome in the leasing office and I owe it to the cold, lifeless face of the man with the scummy mustache that wears button down shirts that are a little too tight for him.
To note on the property itself, it is extremely convenient being next to the light rail and close to ASU's Tempe campus. However, the gate is always broken, and many of the residents currently living at the Lofts are terrible. Every other car in the lot is a mustang and every owner of those mustangs feels the need to rev up and speed through the parking lot. Loud residents smoke everywhere and destroy the community gym every chance they get. These same residents have little respect for female residents, which can be seen and heard through their disgusting gestures, comments, and over-use of Abercrombie & Fitch cologne. Also, the maintenance staff uses a leaf blower every morning at 7am whether or not there are even leaves on the ground.
I have hated living at the Lofts and I guarantee you will too. If I could rate it less than one star I would. Please save yourself from the worst experience of your life and live elsewhere.
