  • DO NOT contract with them! The reps on the phone are very nice until you sign up then you can't even get anyone to return a phone call. Apparently the reps and techs do not communicate. The tech, Justin, is rude, unwilling to accommodate or work with customers regardless of schedule or level of infestation, and apparently unaccountable to anyone or this company. My rating is ZERO stars. This app made me select one to move on.
