rev:text	Horrible experience every time! The owner and her girls are the most rudest nail ladies I have ever encountered. They are pushy and do not listen to anything you ask for. Listen to this story... this will blow your mind.... I had called ahead to make sure they had someone available because was I wanted to get a gel manicure after work. I got there and maybe waited 15 minutes to get seated then the owner which is a older lady started filing off my existing gel. Once the gel was soaked off and my manicure part was done I asked to see another gel color. She had the worst attitude like it was a crime that I asked. I maybe looked at the assortment panel thing of gel colors for 2-3 minutes (from my seat) and I noticed she got up and started doing someone else's nails. I looked at her and asked are you not going to do my nails anymore? She replied, you take too long looking at colors so I'm going to start her nails, I'll be back to you in 10 minutes or another girl is almost done she will finish your gel. I couldn't believe that the owner of a nail salon would treat a customer like this. I got up and told them I was leaving and I didn't want to finish my service because I'm not going to wait 10 minutes while you start someone else's nails who just walked in. The owner demanded me to pay for my manicure (which I did) and didn't even try to resolve the situation or offer to finish my service. I will never go back there! I went across the street, next to Sprouts and found the best nail salon called Biagio Nail & Spa. The owner runs a great business and the girls are all fantastic. It's super clean and updated inside. Don't not go to Wendy's it's a dump and horrible service !!!!!!!
