| - We have used this location before because it's close to where my Wife works. We usually have a good experience, but not this time. We had a 2 pm reservation, but when my wife was brought to the location, she was told that they wee waiting for a car. An hour later, she was given a car that was scratched and dented. The inside of the car had stained seats, and smelled dirty. She was given the choice of either a 10% discount, or no car. She was already late getting back to work, so she took the car.
On her way to work, the oil change light came on. She called and was told that they had just changed the oil, so not to worry about it. On the way home that evening, the tire pressure warning came on. When I saw the condition of the car, I called the 800 #, and was told to contact the branch in the morning.
The next morning I called when the branch opened, and explained the situation to the rep. He promised that they would have a car to exchange for us. My wife set a time to make the switch, and arrived on time. Again, she was told that she would have to wait, that the car was being cleaned. Finally, she got her replacement car, but no apology from the manager, though every desk rep she spoke to seemed to be sympathetic.
I can't say that we won't be back, because we don't have many options close to my wife's office. Hopefully our next rental will be a better experience.
