  • Cons *Wait time was 45 minutes despite our appointment but I was 7 minutes late *MA sounded super sick and had raspy cough. I saw her repeatedly coughing WITHOUT covering her mouth- at all! I said something and they made her wear a mask but she still went from one patient room to her station to ours without washing her hands. She may have used hand sanitizer but I couldn't see. Pros *Receptionist was super sweet *Because we use Banner for other specialties- they had all of our info which made checking in easy *The PA- Richard N. Peterson -AMAZING!!! He has a knack for working with kids and my two year old loved him. He explained everything that was going on, the different causes which it could be and gave options. If I knew he was at this location all the time- it's the only urgent care I would use.
