My sister and I had booked an appointment on 2/16/15. I wanted a root touch up and my sister wanted a balayage. We checked in at 1pm and waited for our stylists my sister had her balayage done by Gary who 'specializes' in them. I got a tall short haired blonde stylist named Emily who seemed agitated and frustrated the entire time. We agreed to do an all over colour to match my roots and when the process was over my hair was TWO TONED. She then proceeded to tell me she could fix it by adding highlights and adding more money to a problem that she created. I then spoke to her and wasn't sure what to do as my hair is long and dyeing so many times in one day can damage it. So she brought my sister's stylist Gary who then agreed with Emily. So I spoke to Brittany the receptionist who said that Emily could redo my hair without charging me extra to fix the two toned hair with highlights. I agreed and while the stylist was redoing my hair Gary made a remark to my sister saying that I was kind of picky. To which my sister said that he had made the same remark about a woman to another stylist shortly after she left while doing my sister's hair, very unprofessional. Overall I was very disappointed with the salon and I have to spend extra to fix what they did.
