Thanks for your response to my review. I wrote this review on Yelp because after my 10th attempt at getting some kind of resolution on my own was not met, this was my next course of action. Thank you for just NOW apologizing about being late, even though I never got an apology before. Yelp is a great forum in which to save face, isn't it. I am obviously not the only customer that has spoken volumes about how horrible your customer service is...good for you that you are doing a little research.
As for you having NO record of my complaints, I am not really sure how that is possible when I had spoken to Nathan himself about getting a partial refund but when it came time for action, I never got a response. I know that you guys don't really relay information to each other in your office but maybe you should touch base with him. Just a suggestion...
