| - I am not a frequent yelper but feel compelled to leave this review. I live close to this store so have shopped here many times. My partner and I began realizing a pattern with almost all of he produce we bought from this location. Of course, occasionally any grocery store may have a package of strawberries hiding some mold and we are pretty understanding and laid back about that. But the amount of times that we brought home produce from this Smiths that either went bad way too fast or we realized weren't that good to begin with, I realize now, was not all in our heads.
Really, this store is doing something seriously wrong. Tonight when I went to choose a cucumber, I looked toward the back of the bunch trying to find the freshest one, and to my disgust, found something else completely. I will attach a photo, but to describe: there was an OLD, shriveled up, MOLDY, nasty entire cucumber left in the back of the shelf that seriously must have been there for a really long time. So, I definitely know now this is a store cleanliness issue, and I can not bring myself to buy any of their awful produce any more.
I honestly hope someone from the store sees this, as there was no one around for me to show this to just now. Please address this public health concern.
