| - The most important part of this review is at the end: the ice cream that came with the sticky toffee pudding! Be sure to read that part! So about this restaurant. I liked it, but not as much as Gordon Ramsey Steak in the Paris Hotel. If I could give it a 3 1/2 I would. The service was efficient and friendly, and they have a decent craft cocktail menu, which I always enjoy. I ordered some kind of blueberry cocktail and it was tasty. My Scottish salmon dinner was really flavorful and the salmon was perfectly cooked, but my husband said his steak needed salt and the potatoes were dry. I tried my daughter's steak and ale pie. Yum! I thought it was really excellent. I'd order that if I go again. The menu has good variety, lots of items for different moods. Like almost everything in Vegas, it's expensive. I didn't find it to be that much cheaper than Steak, and because it has "Pub" in the name, it makes you think it'd be less. Although since it's in Caesars Palace and it's a chef Ramsey restaurant, it's not surprising. Now let's talk about the sticky toffee pudding. Like other reviewers, I love this dessert and it was my fourth time ordering it at different Chef Ramsey restaurants. The best by far though was at Steak. What's different? The ice cream. The first time we had the sticky toffee pudding at Steak, it was divine! It came with brown butter ice cream in the shape of a stick of butter. Out of the other times when it came with vanilla--believe me, nothing has ever compared to that first time. The brown butter ice cream. I have no idea why they don't offer it all the time at every location, because it is so much better with this dessert.
