Stopped in to inquire about the nutritional value of dates after speaking to my gastroenterologist regarding fiber in my diet. Dates are high in fiber and iron. Tracy was very helpful educating me on the different variations and offered samples of each. I ended up buying a pound of medjool dates to add to my morning smoothies. Thank you Tracy for your help.
