I love this place and the owners! The tea selection is amazing. My favorite is the dragon green tea. Their coffee is organic and many I their teas are too. Their food is great. The only drawbacks are 1) that they can't always handle their own busyness and things can take awhile, 2) one of the women there (I think the mother) doesn't know what all the types or coffees are. I have enjoyed an espresso-turned-Americano many a times. She said the espresso was too little so filled it up with hot water. 3) it is a bit pricey but I don't mind paying, personally. The endearing part of it is part of the family business feel. I don't mind these idiosyncrasies so much and rather find them charming. I learned to let go I my attachment to having things a particular way. The appreciation they exert for their patrons is so wonderful and deeply inspiring to me.
