Some friends and I had a staycation here last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. Liz at the front desk checked us in and made us feel welcomed and seemed genuinely happy to see us. She offered us complimentary wine as a happy birthday to our friend which was incredibly thoughtful. We didn't eat breakfast here but we did enjoy some poolside snacks. They came out pretty quickly and tasted good.
The AC in the room seemed to not want to get cold - it would turn off in the middle of the night. It was by no means hot but it certainly wouldn't get down to 68.
Also there was a manager who came around on Saturday and required we wear wristbands at the pool? I thought this a touch rude and inconvenient. If the hotel is concerned often enough about non-guests using the pool, perhaps putting a key scanner on the pools gates is better. It interrupted what was otherwise a fantastic stay!
