  • While Kristin was a delight to work with she is no longer there. Also I could never get the workers to plant my trees at the depth I like which is at grade or level with the surrounding ground so they look natural.....NEVER. Our $4000 pineapple palm is 12" above grade. They kept telling me it would settle but it is 8 months later and still 12" above grade. The owner, Chris, assured me he would replant it if it didn't settle correctly but he never came out to look and the tree is established at this point. I had to beg the workers twice to deepen the hole for our 48" ficus so it would be done correctly. The person in charge told me this one too would settle but after begging he did plant the tree at the depth I wanted. There was a root in the hole they didn't want to have to chop out even though we paid for that very service. I do not shop here anymore.
