  • Showed up 2 hours late then lied about how much work I needed done. You know how some mechanics will loosen a few screws and then say you need crazy expensive repairs? These guys do the same thing. Called another place and got everything done for 100. While these people wanted nearly 400. The next guy even fixed everything we saw them shift outta place, ECT. Stay far away from this company. They are con men. Response to company comments... You guys did not do any free labor. That's very funny because my door was more broken when you left than when you got here. Your guy spent all that time moving sensors where they do not belong and tightening some parts so bad they no longer could move as they should. He also screwed up the wires. I never said I haven't opened my door in 9 years. I said I haven't parked in my garage in 9 years. The door has been opened many times over the years. What I told him was the opener would go back down but not up. The garage door opened fine manually and it also went down with the opener. Just not up. When your tech left it wouldn't do anything anymore. It was literally worse. He broke it more. As for the company who fixed it for me yes they were licensed and insured. They just are not in the business of ripping off their customers.
