  • My husband and I got married at Shenandoah in April and it was the perfect venue for our reception! We were able to bring in our own caterer, vendors, decor and alcohol. The venue had everything up for us before my family arrived to decorate. We choose to have our reception outside in the courtyard since we had about 200 guests present. Everyone fit perfectly! We did have to rent about 6 tables for outside since the venue only has 12 tables for outside but they were still able to provide linens. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is, as I'm sure you've read, there are a few flaws in the costumer service. Our experience up until the wedding day was somewhat painless, however at the end of the night, the owner was quick to push us out before our contracted end time even though we had ample time left to clean up after our sparkler exit. All in all, our wedding was perfect and if you are looking for an outdoor space or a rustic mill you need to visit.
