  • I was here at 9:24 waiting for them to open which was fine but I noticed my car was the only in the parking lot. If your business opens at 9:30 you should be ready to service customers AT 9:30 not just arriving to open the doors. The air wasn't on and they had both doors and a fan going, mind you it's Vegas so by this time it's already 100 degrees out.When we were let in the only guy here began to service the two ladies who got here after I did first. They were getting pedicures he told me his boss was on her way and she would do my nails. The boss was Nana, she arrived about 9:50 didn't apologize for the wait was never personable at all she asked me regular or gel polish and if I had an appointment that's it. She did a good job on my nails though my nails could have used another coat someone with an appointment came in and she began rushing on me. All in all It was a decent job I likely won't be back as I'm just visiting for the weekend.
