Gym was too small especially after they added the purple flooring and really pushed everything together. Plus, don't get me started on their terrible customer service. I went in to cancel my membership after my contract was ALREADY UP so that I could join another gym and the women talked me into freezing it instead incase I wanted to come back. I was told that I could still cancel at any time. When I went back in to completely cancel they told me I would owe another payment to completely cancel. Now why would I pay for a month of an expensive membership for a gym that I'm not using?? I told the women that I was already told that I could cancel at any point in my freeze and she told me I was wrong that I wouldn't of been told that?! I haven't used their gym in over 4 months and you're going to tell me that I still have to pay you? In what world does that make sense? You've lost a customer FOREVER simply because of your terrible customer service.
