I had what I considered major work done ($500+) but wasn't able to fully test it until several months later because of the summer. When I first tried to use the boat for an extended time in the fall I found that the motor was overheating more than before they worked on it.
When I took it back the woman was kind of rude about there not being a warranty. I understand that BUT they could have at least looked at it without charging their standard $50 "Just to Look Charge". But no, she would rather risk losing a customer than do the right thing and spend a few minutes of shop time seeing if there was something simple or (heaven forbid) something they did wrong.
Ha. Too bad for you Martin Marine. I will consider other shops first in the future.
