rev:text	Extremely happy with the service I just received . I spilled wine all over my mac and this happened when I needed it the most - I had many papers due the next day for work so I was very concerned. Alex and his team checked out my laptop as soon as I brought it in, he explained to me what was going to happen and gave me many options to choose from , he didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need, he was SUPER patient with me and spent at least 1 hour talking to me and giving me different options . At the end of the day we decided to fix the mac even though he explained exactly what could happen in the future . He could've sold me the service just to get the money and be done with it but instead, he made sure I understood what my options were and ultimately be happy with the service . I have just found the only computer company I trust
