  • Started with exterior door #3 not letting me in with room card key. When I called the front desk from my cell, she came to let me in but then acknowledged she had heard fron another guest the door was on the fritz but she made no mention of it be scheduled for repair. Ugly stark white bathrooms Stained towels Plumbing issues Faucets that squeal like a pig when you turn them Shower valve that went from cold to scalding with the slightest turn The door to the bathroom in the room is a giant sliding barn style door that dodn't ever feel like you had any privacy. Two young ladies at front desk, Faith and Holly, who were very sweet but very sick and they should NOT have been at work. Now I have a really bad cold, coincidence? When I checked out I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that he was not at the facility at this time. This place needs a corporate HQ quality audit big time.
