  • Recently bought a 2017 Titan, new off the lot. My sales guy, Stephen, was awesome and seemed to actually take an interest in my needs. Upon reaching "numbers" time, they had the "negotiator" come out and beat me up. There were some rebates that helped me with the negative equity on my car, but were still showing me full retail numbers on that truck. I don't like to go back and forth, so I ended up taking a deal with barely any discount on the truck. These things have a crazy amount of mark-up in them, but they wouldn't budge much. It's probably my fault for even taking the deal, but I was ready to finish it up and get out of there. I even told him to leave some room for me to spend more on the back end product like extended warranty. Finance department was smooth and easy, and Shaun knew how to move it along and finish it up. I love my truck and will be getting service done there, but I doubt I'll buy from them again. The chocolates you get when you buy from them are pretty awesome though.
