  • Came to this location on an EXTREMELY busy morning. The baristas were welcoming and friendly despite the lines both inside and in the drive thru. To my surprise I ended up getting a free drink for the wait. What a great way to please the customer! While I don't expect to receive free drinks every time there is a wait I do expect to receive great customer service. They did not fall short of that expectation. ;-)
