  • I went in 5 minutes before closing unknowingly. Customer service was great. Lawrence, a really sweet gentleman, was very attentive, informative about fit, and made me feel welcome. He was not only pleasant but kind. I spotted a pair of military boots in the style I've wanted, on clearance, but the only available pair were a half size up. He offered them with insoles (as a gift). This actually made my day (was waiting years to find the right pair). The other salesperson was unwelcoming and rushing, as other reviews have indicated. I will go back, but only when Lawrence is there (he left me a card, so).
