  • I passed by here today. I called before i ordered to make sure there was heart shaped donuts. (I dont go to dunkin donuts regularly unless its a holiday. Well since its valentines. I made an exception) ... anyways lil girl on the phone had an attitude saying that theyve had heart shaped donuts for a month now and hanged up the phone after i said ok thank you. Just literally hanged up. I wasnt even finished saying thank you!!!!! Then i finally ordered. Paid and should have had a PENNY as a change. Im pretty sure the cashier was the same girl on the phone... just handed me the donut bags as if she was in a hurry chatting to the other employee and didnt bother to give me my penny!!! Lol FIRST OF never take a customer change without asking them. SECOND of all i know its just a penny but i never said you can have it with that service you gave me!!! THIRD of all SMILE!!!!
