  • Best appliance service in Phoenix. Woke up this morning and my Jenn Air refrigerator was completely dead. I called the factory authorized service provider and the first appointment was in four days, and it was going to cost $115 for the service call, plus parts and labor. Then I checked Yelp and saw the excellent reviews for Phoenix Appliance Service. I called and talked to Vladimir, he asked for the model number and said he should be able to get here by the end of the day. There was a $75 minimum, but that would be applied toward the parts and labor charge. He actually got here in about an hour and as soon as he confirmed the refrigerator was getting A/C power he said it was either part A or part B and gave me the prices. Based on my description he had already picked the parts he thought he might need and was able to complete the repairs in about 10 minutes. Fast, accurate, friendly, and reasonable . . . what more could you ask for. He works on all types of appliances and this is the only company I'll use from now on.
