WOW!!! I can't believe everything I have just read. While it sounds like there have been some honest mis-communications, I am AMAZED that a business owner or representative would act the way that I have witnessed on this site towards customers. I won't go in to detail, because it is obvious that this guy doesn't get it and is not open to learning or changing.
What I can say though is that if you don't think reviews on Yelp don't matter, or that people don't read them, think again....I just received a refund for a deal voucher I purchased for your company, and will be sure to stay far clear of your, "services."
Yelp just caused you to loose a customer before you even had the chance to earn their business.
I hope that everyone else who reads this will make a similar choice and doesn't have to suffer the stress and concerns that these other reviewers have.
