  • Do not use Grace Plumbing! Our home warranty company dispatched Grace Plumbing on two different occasions. In both service calls the technician didn't have the basic materials or tools required to complete the job. Warranty company said the repair was covered with standard $75 co-payment. Both times we were asked to pay more for the covered repair, the repairs were incomplete, and the workmanship was shoddy. We had to schedule additional service calls. One technician said he was not allowed to turn off the water at the street, and suggested I contact the city to turn off the water and then Grace could do the repair. Another technician asked us not to tell his boss about the lack of materials needed to replace a water heater b/c the boss would fire him.
