  • I learned about this business here on Yelp. The high ratings don't lie. As I do with most new purchases with a business I have not dealt with before, I emailed them with questions. I got speedy and courteous reply from one of the owners. Follow-up questions and answers were all met to my satisfaction. The inability to just walk in to this business worked in my favor, as I was a total newbie shopping for (and trying to figure out which gun would be best for me). I would have been a little intimidated walking in to a different type of gun store in fear of not knowing what type of questions to ask or help I would receive. I enjoyed the personal touch of having someone walk you back and cater to you during the visit. I had my eye on three different handguns and they were all in stock for me to compare. The prices were all at (or below) even the lowest I could find elsewhere on the internet. I love not having to haggle... just good prices and great service. Even though I have not shopped elsewhere for a gun, in my opinion, the DGS can't be beat and I would not think about going anywhere else if a subsequent purchase is going to be made.
